The company was founded in 1976, starting as a small family shop  with the name of  “Officina Meccanica Pinzoni”,  that means  “Pinzoni Mechanical Workshop”, inside a small industrial building in the village of Albiate Brianza, in the northern area of Milan (Italy).Later, due to the continuous growth and expansion thoughout new markets, domestic and abroad, it has been transformed into a Srl (limited liability company), increasing the machinery park, adding employees and opening a new branch abroad, in the USA.In fact, in Frankfort (Il) Chicago area, in 1993 the AMBI Corp. was founded.Actually both of these companies are involved in the production, marketing and sale of clutches and brakes for industrial application, and rotating unions, together with their distribution all around the world.The tech dept, organized and equipped with the most updated softwares for the design and stress calculations in 3D, is constantly involved in the research and developing of new products aimed at the international market that is getting more and more pretending.The area for the testing of the new designs and materials is managed under the direct supervision of the engineering dept., while the quality control area lets the company permanently keep the needed requested high standard quality of the current production.
